The wines
The Furmint is vinified dry (less than 2 g/l residual sugar),
and the "Late Harvest" (essentially a Hŕrslevelü varietal
blend) is an excellent early maturing late harvest
wine
(30-40 g/l).
Both of these wines are light to medium-bodied,
vibrant and attractive and can be consumed
within their first 3 years.
Tokaj Fordítás is one of the most noble Tokaj wines. It has the same bouquet as Aszú, but is lighter in body.
Tokaj Aszú (the most famous): Aszú wine is made by crushing shrivelled and botrytized grapes.
It is a highly unique and refined wine and also exists in an even rarer form, the elixir called Eszencia.
