Why is Hétszölö
called a "Imperial - Royal Estate" ?

Because Hétszölö
belonged to the Austro-Hungarian Empire from 1711 to 1918. Also, since
the Austrian Emperor was also proclaimed King of Hungary in 1867, the
estate is therefore also considered "Royal Estate".
