What is "Aszu Escenzia" and "Escenzia":
Aszu Escenzia : can unofficially be considered a 7 puttonyos as it is still considered a "wine" (with 10-13 % alc). It has minimum 180 g/l of residual sugar.

Escenzia: this is the ultimate nectar ! Made exclusively from the juice coming from the botrytised berries, pressed only by gravity, the quantities produced are homeopathic. It is no longer concidered a "wine" (as its alcohol level is usually
below 7 %). The minimum level of
residual sugar is 450 g/l.
