On gravely, clayey hillsides covering layers of limestone.  VARIETALS 45% Merlot 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Cabernet Franc      PRODUCTION 2500 cs      VINIFICATION Traditional, in cement and stainless steel vats. Aged 12 months in oak barrels. Meticulous care is given to the "elevage" of this wine.      STYLE High proportion of Merlot gives a wine which is able to be appreciated when young. Deep colour. Clean fragrance, often intense and complex aromas. Touch of oak. Well balanced with very good density and weight. Ripe and round fruit with harmonious and savoury tannins for the structure.
