| STYLE |
Deep red intense colour. Complex nose with red fruit aromas and some roasted, smoky and slightly, liquoriced notes. Very concentrated on the palate, with a powerful structure and fruity, firm round tannins. Very full. Long and very pleasant finale. This wine will age wonderfully. |

| MARKET NOTE |
Since the return to the Bordeaux market-place with the 1995 vintage, the wines of Latour Martillac have significantly increased in quality. Today, in light of the Kressmann’s coherent pricing policy, Latour Martillac arguably represent one of Bordeaux’s best values amongst the Crus Classés.
The tower, beautifully gracing the main courtyard, gave its name to the estate. It is the only trace left of a small fortified castle built in the 12th century by Montesquieu’s forefathers. |
