STYLE A splendid Cru Bourgeois, absolutely representative of the Margaux appellation. Nice deep colour, very fine and pleasant nose which mixes harmoniously red fruit and vanilla flavours. On the palate: great ripe fruit (blackcurrant and cherry), with excellent concentration; the wine is very well balanced, medium to strong bodied. Ageing potential 5 to 15 years. As Robert Parker says: “ ... this Margaux is an intensively concentrated wine... should be a 5th classified growth...”
