| VINIFICATION |
Harvested exclusively by hand, with a second selection process at the reception of the harvest. Stainless steel and epoxy-lined vats for a traditional fermentation. Aged 18 months in oak barrels of which 15 to 20 % are renewed each year. A third wine is also made which reinforces the quality of the 1st two wines. |

| STYLE |
True-blue Pauillac with exceptional breed and texture. A classic claret lover’s wine ! Very pleasant to drink over the 3-5 years (perhaps more in top vintages) after the bottling. A very good bargain.
Though often overshadowed in the media wars, Grand Puy Lacoste is amongst those few who produce the real “Grands Vins” which are emulated internationally. |
