VINEYARD 3 hectares located South of Saint-Emilion, on the foot of the hill. Average age of the vineyard : 30 years.  
VARIETALS 90% Merlot
10% Cabernet Sauvignon  
   
PRODUCTION 13 000 bottles 
   
VINIFICATION Grapes are harvested when fully ripe. A traditional vinification is conducted: a maceration of 21-27 days; no fining, but soft filtration if necessary. 80% of the wine is then aged in oak barrel (of which 1/3rd is renewed every year) for 12 months.  
   
STYLE A deep red with a very expressive nose: lots of fresh fruit with soft oak. On the palate, the wine is rich, voluptuous and racy.  
   
MARKET NOTE 8th generation of a winegrower family, the current owner runs the property with passion and energy. She has brought a feminine touch and elegance to the wine.
