| VINIFICATION |
Grapes are harvested when fully ripe. A traditional vinification is conducted: a maceration of 21-27 days; no fining, but soft filtration if necessary. 80% of the wine is then aged in oak barrel (of which 1/3rd is renewed every year) for 12 months. |

| STYLE |
A deep red with a very expressive nose: lots of fresh fruit with soft oak. On the palate, the wine is rich, voluptuous and racy. |
