VINIFICATION Mechanical harvesting. The cuvaison lasts 20 to 22 days at a 28-degree-temperature. Then, the malolactic fermentation and the ageing are done in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Bottling is done 12 months after the harvest to keep the maximum amount of fruit freshness. 
   
STYLE Nice pleasant, round, fruity wine. Easy drinking for all occasions. Can age 3-4 years.
