| VINIFICATION |
All the grapes are hand picked. Following a skin-contact maceration (pre-fermentation maceration resulting in greater aromatic structure due to the contact between the skins and the juice), 75% of the juice is fermented in oak-barrels. During this ageing period, “batonnage” is carried out (the lies are stirred giving the wines more weight and fat). After blending and filtration, bottling happens in late spring following the harvest. |

| STYLE |
Rich styled Bordeaux Blanc wine. Aromatic to the nose with notes of buttery-vanillin oak flavours and exotic fruit flavours. On the palate, the wine is powerful and fleshy with very pleasant exotic fruit notes. The new-oak flavours are present. Clean and lively acidity. Very nice balance between the oak, fruit and acidity. Excellent finish.
Perfect as an apéritif or to serve with seafood. |
