VINIFICATION The vineyard management is conducted to obtain the greatest potential of grape maturity: leaf plucking in the summer as well as possible green-harvesting which insures low yields and maximum concentration. Mechanically harvested at the most optimum time when each grape variety is at full maturity. Traditionally vinified in a modern cellars (stainless steel & epoxy-lined ciment vats) with all the latest technological equipment with full thermal and "microbullage" (micro-oxygenation after fermentation) control. Aged 14 months prior to bottling.

STYLE Deep dark and ruby colour. The wine has intense and expressive red-fruit and spice, oaky aromas. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied, big and round (without any harshness nor flabbiness) with lush rich, ripe and harmonious tannins. The Merlot dominance gives the wine its colour, fruit and alcohol. The Cabernets give the wine its tannic structure (Sauvignon 40%) and aromas (Franc 10%). Particularly impressive wine which immediately seduced us to quickly establish this new and certainly long-lived relationship.
