| MARKET NOTE |
As all red Bordeaux's, this wine can perfectly accompany any white meats (hams, chicken, turkey, veal ... ) or red meats (steaks, pheasant, duck, grouse, venison...) as well as fish in wine sauce. The older the wine, the more sophisticated the dish. A great classic with cheeses (Brie, Camembert, Cheddar ...). Equally delicious to accompany desserts such as red fruits or red fruit tarts and even chocolate desserts. |
