| VINIFICATION |
The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, sorted, pressed then vinified according to simple and natural traditional methods.
The cuvaison, carried out under controlled temperatures, lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Aged approximately 12 months in barrels of which 50% are new oak-barrels. |
