VINIFICATION At harvest time, grapes are picked and sorted out by hand. Each grape variety is vinified separately in oak, stainless steel and cement vats during 28 to 30 days. The wines are then matured in oak barrels (of which 30% are renewed) during 12 to 14 months.

STYLE Soils (the “terroir”) give to this wine its strong personality: a brilliant colour, a persistent bouquet and a sweet but strong body. It is rare to reach such an elegance in the fruit aromas. This wine can be consumed young when the fresh fruit and vanillin (oak) aromas predominate. With age, 5 to 25 years depending on the vintage, the wine will gain in refinement and will develop matchless aromas.

An estate impeccably run by the affable Philippe Dambrine. A fine value!
