VINEYARD 10 hectares of sandy-gravel soil in Mazères. The subsoil is of a typical deep gravel-clay seam. More than 2/3 of the vineyard benefits of a superb south exposure. 
VARIETALS 70% Sémillon
30% Sauvignon Blanc
Average age of the vineyard : 20 years.

VINIFICATION Green harvesting is effected during the summer months in order to obtain maximum maturity of the grapes. Manuel harvesting. Stabilisation and pre-fermentation skin-contact maceration (5-8° C), the juice is then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel.  
   
STYLE This dry white wine has an elegant and fruity bouquet. On the palate, it is lively an fresh with wonderful balance between the acidity and ripe fruit flavours. Long finish with notes of almonds. Excellent accompaniment to fish, seafood, salads, and white meats or even as an aperitif.
Recommended to serve cool(8-12°C, 46-53F.
