| VINIFICATION |
Harvested 100% by hand, with a strong selection of the best grapes. The vinification is traditional. The alcoholic fermentation, induced by different strains of yeast according to grape variety, is carried out in oak barrels (50% of which are new). The ageing process lasts up to 11 months also in oak barrels, which includes "batonage" or stirring. |

| STYLE |
This Bordeaux white wine of a new generation is elegant and delicate. Very pleasant and engaging nose dominated by the Sauvignon and characterised by aromas of citrus fruits, bulb flowers and a hint of Muscat. The wine is light to medium-bodied, not too heavy, aromatic and well balanced without any bitterness on the finish. LES ARUMS de LAGRANGE can be served as aperitif or on seafood, starters and strong cheeses. |
